Exceptional hotel in a beautiful building with SPECTACULAR views over the bay. Absolutely perfect location in the very nice area, close enough to the garden, city centre, and the Bay of Islands.

The staff are attentive and helpful and I appreciated their attitude. The rooms are great-sized with exceptionally comfortable beds and safe. Good service, they provide a private parking and Wi-Fi.

Brilliantly friendly and excellent staff as one would expect. The hotel rooms are well-appointed and new-fashioned with the bar and a garden view, as example.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location with a superb view. The staff were incredibly nice and the hotel was impeccably clean. I was amazed that we received exactly what we requested and the room itself was perfect. One highlight of our stay was the buffet breakfast, which was a must-try. The food was delicious with a great selection, especially the freshly made pancakes. Additionally, the service at the bar area was exceptional and provided us with the best experience we could have.

I enjoyed my stay at the Novotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good value. The food was good, and they have an excellent coffee barista, it was pricey,but I love my coffee and it was the best.

I was disappointed with the handicap areas. I guess Fiji is not really as handicap friendly as we are and I found it difficult to get my husband around.

It was good value of money. The deal was esonable. The interence of the hotel was attrective.

The broken light inside the swimming pool and the nacked electrical cable pocking out of the broken light was frighning. The bad comment by one of the hotel staff was hard to bare.

The hotel was first-rate and immaculately clean with relaxing views of the sea. The restaurant was lovely with nice view and descent swimming pool, I tried fine dishes.

The location was excellent and stunning, close to a South West Pacific island as well as restaurant. It also was to the centre of Suva city...

Enjoyed the beachfront location, pools, and friendly staff. Clean, modern room with a balcony and sea view. Comfortable bed and pillows. Useful laptop-safe. Good breakfast. Spectacular lobby and ocean views. Cooperative restaurant chef accommodating dietary restrictions. Excellent stay, with fabulous staff and spotless cleanliness.

Wasnt impressed at all, internet that was paid for didnt work, issues with card access to room, overcharged at bar, unorganised staff and food was bland... Definately the worst experience in fiji and we have stayed at well over 12 other places

The setting is exceptionally nice, near the malls and the waters edge, good area. I stayed here before, and will be back.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location outside of the city centre was perfect, as it offered a peaceful and picturesque setting on Lami Bay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ensuring that my requests were promptly attended to. The room amenities, including the balcony and sitting area, were top-notch and provided enhanced comfort during my stay. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a swimming pool and sun terrace, which added to the overall experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality stay.
